Everything we accept, when you are charged, and what to do if a payment doesn't go through.
What we accept
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices on this site are shown and charged in USD.
When you are charged
Payment is taken at the moment you place the order, not at dispatch. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us — that's where confirmation emails usually end up.
Is it secure?
Every payment on masonconnor.com runs over an SSL-encrypted connection. Card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored on our own systems, so we never see or keep your full card number.
If a payment is declined
A declined payment almost always comes from the bank's side rather than ours. The usual causes:
- the billing address entered at checkout doesn't match the one your bank has on file;
- the card is not enabled for online or international payments;
- your bank has flagged the transaction and is waiting for you to confirm it in your banking app.
Check those three first, then try again. If it still fails, email us at info@masonconnor.com and we'll help you complete the order another way.
Pending charges after a failed order
If an order fails but you still see a charge, that's an authorisation hold rather than a completed payment. Your bank releases it automatically, usually within a few business days. If the hold is still there after five business days, send us the date and amount and we'll chase it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you originally used, within 14 working days. We cannot refund to a different card or account. The full terms are in our Return Policy.
Taxes and duties
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no additional charges on delivery for orders shipped within the United States.
